I'm a 13 year old girl and I fancy Celine Dion, she is so beautiful and has gorgeous legs! Everytime I see her I want to hold her and kiss her, I love her.
Is this really strange, or normal?

It is pretty odd, especially because you are only 13 years old. We all admire the beauty of others, but try not to let it become an unhealthy obsession--there are so many other things that a girl of your age could and really should be getting involved in. We have all been through odd phazes, as it's all part of growing up and learning.

Look, it's not abnormal for a teenager to have same-sex crushes on celebrities, so don't worry about being gay just yet.
But..Celine Dion???? COME ON!! At least have the decency to fancy someone sexy, like Kiera Knightley!!

Having feelings for another woman is normal, it's called lesbianism (only liking other girls) or bisexualism (liking boys and girls).

It's normal. Everyone has someone they look up to and think is AWESOME to the MAXX!! Really don't worry about it. I have people I wish I could "hold" also. It's natural. And u do not have to be gay to feel that way about someone. If u are that's cool also. Who cares. As long as ur happy.
PS, Man she is gorgeous and she does have AWESOME legs. Wish mine were like that.

look, if you think its a phase, just let it go. but if you strongly feel you are a lesbian than its a normal feeling. just as if a straight girl fancies a guy. if anyone gives you **** just say its no different than liking the other sex, only same gender! but like i said its only okay if you really feel strongly about your orientation. if you think it wont last or something than just leave it alone. it wont be far if you do get a girlfriend or something and than leave for a boy...harsh! well good luck hun<33

Normal for a girl around your age, because you are developing into a woman, and at this stage your hormones are taking over you, hon. Don't be ashamed, my hormones did the same thing when I was about your age, but it was towards a different person though.

It's normal. Have you considered your sexuality? Do you know of you like women instead of men? Or women AND men?
Despite some of the judgemental things others are saying, there is nothing wrong with that if you do. It doesn't make you a bad person, or weird.

It is normal to look at other girls and wish you could have what they have. But if you want to hold her and kiss her, that is a little abnormal. Maybe youre just a lesbian or Bisexual. maybe its just a fantasy. do you look at any other girls like that? are you attracted to any guys like that? and think about if in reality, if you would actually do it, like if she was in front of you right now, if you would do that, then i really dont think youre straight. sorry

There is nothing gross, crazy or abnormal about your feelings. At 13, you're still developing your sexuality. Don't worry about what others think. You are entitled to your feelings. If they pass and you become attracted to boys, that is fine. If you remain attracted to girls, that is fine too.

Celine Dion?!?!?!!?!? What a strange choice, she has the opposite effect on me! Sounds like your average teenage crush, the fact that she's the same sex is irrelevant, it's the feeling that counts.
