Yes, I'd say Tiffany's is pretty popular. But, look at your girlfriend's personality.
I think a really nice gift is a ring hand ring (not an engagement ring, that's the left hand)
Get her one with a nice setting and maybe her birthstone set w/ a few small diamonds (sounds expensive, but isn't)
You could get a nice right hand ring w/ her birthstone for $300-$500.

I think Tiffany's will always be popular, due to the re-sale value of the their jewelry. I wouldn't be too cheesy, bracelet, anklet, necklace from a Fine Jeweler, if you have been with her for awhile, and intend to continue that relationship for longer. Otherwise, a really nice Sweater is appropriate too.

I would reccomend a bracelet or necklace - tiff & co is still very popular - depending on how much you want to spend - cartiers love bracelet is even more exquisite - it has a key that is used to put it on and take it off - like a lock and love thing - heres the link -

tiffanys is still popular yes, get her something that you can have engraved maybe with the dat when you first met or when you first started going out, id love my bf to do that for me lol

Nah, there's nothing special about Tiffany's. Get her something more meaningful, like a necklace with your birthstones together, or something else she likes.
