Today, I want to sell my car, but the buyer said only if I have original Certificate of Title in my name so he will buy the car. I only have the copy of Certificate of Title in the name 1st owner. The buyer said he need it. What should I do? Can I apply online for it? Tell me the steps of procedure. Thank you!

If I understand your question (and it is not really clear), you have a vehicle that you bought and you never had the title changed into your name. You now want to sell the vehicle, but the buyer will not buy the vehicle from someone who is not the legal registered owner (which means that the buyer is smart!!!)
You will need to take the title that you have to your state's DMV office, pay any taxes and fees, and have a title issued in your name. Depending on the state, you may have to wait for them to mail it to you, or you may be able to get a title printed and given to you right there!

You will have to register the car in your name. State (and national) laws vary. It is likely, though, that you'll have to wait before you receive that title. Tell the seller you're sorry, but not able to sell to him.

Go with him to the DMV. They should be able to transfer it then and there. (I have never heard of a "quick title" option so I expect it is not available in most states)
