The thing is, I'm skinny, so i got a flat stomach and flat everything basically. how do i turn skinny into muscle if i dont have any barbels or dumbels or any kinds of weights? what are some good exercises or methods to use?

Main thing to keep in mind is that a great body is built in the kitchen, not in the gym. You have to eat a lot, drink whey shakes, etc to build muscle.

Obviously, hitting it hard in the gym is what in fact "builds" but if you don't eat right, it won't do you any good.

eat regular meals concentratin on protein and carb intake also remember you need to put on fat to turn it to muscle
