Well i DJ already and want to change my name and i think that Sexy Allah would be comical and yet also catchy. would this cause offense to people and would i be inviting trouble at the evenings i play, or would it generally be considered as just a DJ name as it is. i'd be interested to know what people of all ages cultures and religions think about this, and also people in varying parts of the world.
Thanks

once you're British with Filipino roots and get suggested as a f***ing paki or chinky you are able to not help yet experience its meant to be offensive. it rather is not the notice itself, its the context its frequently utilized in. And its additionally the undeniable fact that its used as a noun to sum up the full guy or woman, not finding previous the nationality at the same time as Brit or Aussie is commonly used as an remark of the place that guy or woman is from and not the only element that's observed approximately them. I apologise for that final element not being too coherent yet i wish you already know what I mean. basically, the words Brit and Aussie are actually not used in a similar way that's why they are actually not offensive. at the same time as i think of PCness has long gone loopy, you should work out it from the different element too.

Well, do you think it would be offensive to call yourself "Sexy Jesus," "Sexy Yhwh," "Sexy Krishna," "Sexy FSM"....

Besides, why would you chose a name like this? What kind of impression are you trying to make with your DJ name? I would think that you'd prefer something more clubby, something more along the lines of pop-culture, at the very least something that identifies your own personality. Or are you a newbie at the whole DJ thing and just looking for some attention?

Well I'm a Christian from America but even from my background it is obvious that this would be highly offensive to some. Why risk alienating people and making them feel like they are being blasphemous?

one in the same as someone who DJ's under: Sexy Jesus. Pretty offensive? I'd say yes. Don't be stupid, pick another name if you want to avoid trouble, as it is disresectful

Well, to really be a good DJ, you need to mispell the name as to appear pretencious and cool

Sexi Al-a
Sex E Alla
Sexie Allha

You get the idea

Hmm.

From all of the evidence so far, I'd say that you would run a pretty serious risk of being murdered by practitioners of a particular belief system that has NO tolerance and NO sense of humor.

Might want to reconsider your choice of offensive names.
