All of Palestine should return to the Palestinians. The Germans and Russians should go back home.

No, it shouldn't be given to the "Palestinian" people. First, God gave the land of Israel to Abraham via a Royal Land Grant. (See Genesis 15:17-21)
The so called "Palestinians" are not a separate people group, either. They are of Arab descent, and they were offered citizenship in Israel, which most rejected.
When Israel defended its territory given back to them by the United Nations, they begged the "Palestinians" to stay in the land, rather than become refugees.
In human history, no nation which conquered territory was ever required to give it back to those from whom it was taken. (Without force, that is.) Why should Israel do so? And if they are required to do so, perhaps non-indigenous peoples in the United States should give the land back to those who are indigenous. We can go back to Europe, Asia, Africa, etc. (If we were to take the philosophy to its logical conclusion.)

This is not an appropriate question for the religion section.
Israel withdrew from Gaza, and within hours Hamas was running amok, gunning down other Palestinians, even beheading some people. Now Israel is being bombarded with rocket attacks launched from Gaza, by groups such as Islamic Jihad.
And Israel still gives Gaza free water, fuel, electricity. What other country would give free aid to the very people who attack it and refuse to recognise that it even has the right to exists?
Israel only wants peace. And any territories that are 'occupied' Israel only got during the wars that her Arab neighbours started. Name me ONE country that gives BACK land to other nations that have attacked it!

Israel is ready, willing and able to give back about 98% of the occupied territories. But, they want a peace treaty in exchange. This is the one that Arafat wouldn't sign.
The only 'real' issue is Jerusalem. That, and the Palestinian people's unwillingness to accept the existence of the state of Israel.

This isn't really a R&S question, but I'll answer anyway. If it would ensure peace and the recognition of Israel by the rest of the Middle East, then yes, they should give land to the Palestinians for their own nation.

Personally, I'm of the view that ALL of them should get over themselves a bit and just learn to live together. As an American i can tell you it's really not THAT hard living with people of a different background. If people there really cared about peace and not just about being right or having the best for their people, there would already be peace.

Of course this question belongs here. It's Muslims against Jews. The fact that some people ignore the obvious religious causes of this conflict is what allows such conflicts to continue.
