Yes. You will need to spend about $20 to buy a converter box to hook between your old TV and its antenna.

Starting in Jan 2008 the government is starting a coupon program that will let you buy a couple of them for about $20 each (after using the $40 off coupons).

Another option is to buy a DVD recorder with a digital (ATSC) tuner built in. These start at $140.

If you get good UHF (analog channel 14-69) reception, you should be able to use your old antenna.
