Bluto-all you have said is true-except for the word False
Pilate was scared of Jesus because he had said his kingdom was not of this world-the Romans believe the gods could take human form-it's ironic but the pagans were nearer the truth!

Yes he is God and died for us because ' ... he so loved the world... ' (John 3:16).

We are redeemed by the blood of Christ because what animal sacrifices could not do, the Lord Himself did it for us. Christ was divinity wrapped in flesh and was therefore totally sinless. No other sacrifice would have been sufficient to redeem all mankind. His coming to die for the sin of the world was determined way back in the halls of eternity before the world was ever created and yes; Jesus is indeed God.
We read in John Ch.1 V1 "In the begining was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God." Moving on to verse 14 we are told "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us" (The Word is Jesus). God Bless!

This is true. It is good to show verses backing this up. It took me years to understand this, until finding verses to back it up.

Actually, Jesus's "sacrifice" couldn't have counted at all because:
1.) It's not really a sacrifice if you take it back three days later,
2.) Human beings aren't on the list of approved "clean" animals that are acceptable for sacrifice, and
3.) Because of the spear wound from the Roman soldier, he was not "unblemished" -- another prerequisite for a viable sacrifice.
You would think an all-knowing god would have remembered these things when sacrificing himself to himself, in order to change a law that he himself made...

Back in his day, crucifixation was the price for sins. Now adays, with inflation and the declining value of the dollar and the rise of the euro, it takes a lot more than being well hung on a cross to appease a wrathful, impotent and impatient god.

Jesus was a prophet and a messenger of God, he was not crucified and there is no need for anyone to die for our sins in order for God to forgive them
Man is by nature bound to commit sins either of small or major magnitude. God knows this nature of man because He is the Creator. God on the other hand is Most Merciful and is there to forgive man when he sincerely repents. For forgiveness, all man needs to do is to turn towards God, repent for the wrong he did and promise not to repeat it. God who is Most Merciful then forgives the creation and on the Day of Judgment, this act will not be held up against him.

Jesus isn't our Savior because He died, He's our Savior because He lived, and showed us how to live as well. He's our Savior because He went through death, came back and said "see? Told'ya death wasn't the end". He "paid the price for our sins" by going through exactly what we will go through, death.

That is True.
"You are my witnesses," declares the LORD, "and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me" (Isaiah 43:10).

it is true that Jesus died for us because he loved us but because the only person that can forgive sin is God, Jesus is God because is is the bearer of our iniquity.
