While abstinence is a great! idea, pre-marital sex is a reality that needs to be addressed.

Yes. It is a well known fact that the "say no" campaign doesn't really work. Of course it worked on some kids - myself included - but the reality is most students are having sex by the time they graduate high school. So, if ther are going to have sex, obviously birth control is going to lower pregnancy rates, which will lower abortion rates.

The answer to sexual sin and it's effects is a renewed spiritual life, not controls. The same people who would be shocked by severe government intrusion controls are the same people who think bith control will stop this immorality problem. It is just imagination. Jesus said you must be born again. That new spiritual birth has with it everything you need to live for God and not yourself. This is what God desires and He will soon show the whole world that they are playing a dangerous game with their fleshy desires. God expects us to surrender all to him. Have you heard of political correctness? Well there is a christianity correctness. A lot of manmade traditions calling themselves christian but they are not biblical covenant. God wants to personally covenant with us as our Father. We all need that so that we know when we are hurting His heart(Spirit). Many promiscuous people somehow let their lust overcome them because they are not aware in their Spirit that God's Spirit is watching everything they do. If polititicians coverup a crime the media is all over them. What if everyone that commits sexual sin was portrayed all over national media when they are caught. What if you had to register as a sexual sin offender? When you grieve God's Spirit you are registered as a sinner and everyone in the Spirit can tell it. Have you heard the office term Input/Output? What you put in your soul is what you get out of it. If you absorb corruption you produce corruption. So it is a matter of discipline. Isn't that what any good father would do? It's time to tell the media and hollywood to get lost and pick up a bible and start pleasing our Father. If you don't He won't keep bailing you out of your troubles forever. He wants to forgive you but He can't if you won't obey Him.

Yes.
You can not have it both way. You can no have abstinence AND a low pregnancy rate. Not if you know anything about socioecomnic culture any how. Choose your "evil". Less pregnancies and less abortions as a result or the attempt to acheive the impossible goal of abstinence.
Give me prevention any day

I agree. i in my view experience that start administration and secure practices ought to be made available to young ones. the subject is that many nonetheless won't use it. the only element that's for particular is that maximum of them are going to have intercourse. which ones defend themselves and which ones do not is annoying to establish. i don't think of the abstinence path works any further acceptable - in fact, i think of it rather is the less useful course. then you definately've childrens that are nonetheless going to have intercourse yet do not even have the get right of entry to to secure practices. it rather is a philosopher, i've got not got a answer. I wish i ought to easily purchase a chastity belt for my daughter, yet i don't think of that's very ethcial the two.

I agree.

We should take our lead from other countries who have successfully navigated teenage sexuality.

We have the highest rate of teen pregnancies. We also have the highest rate of young age abortions.

And we ALSO have the highest rate of prostelization, religious influence within the government, etc.

Coinsedence?

I think not.

Abstinence is the only effective form of birth control ... just say no (and fight like crazy if some jerk doesn't understand what "no" means). God gave us sex and sex is great. But, he reserved it for marriage -- you know, a man should leave his mother and a woman leave her home and the two shall become as one. God gave Abraham illegitimate son (Ishmael) a legacy of a mighty nation after Abraham cast him and his mother out (we call that nation Islam). Then God gave Abrahams legitimate son The Covenant. Considering the outcome of this example, I say abstain...

Birth control, How about abstanence?
Virginity is VERY important. For girl, the DNA recognition of the reproductive system is linked to the DNA recognition of the immune system and it can only except three of four DNA patterns, then the immune system will attack the next three or four, then it will stop and any DNA pattern that enters through the reproductive system will be permitted. This will make it easy for her to get very sick later in life. guys the are with girls only add more DNA patterns to them.
