Well firstly it is not addressed as wiccanism. It isa called Wicca. It is a natured based faith with the belief in more than one god, if you will. Wicca is only one branch of a very large tree called "Paganism". There are alot of Pagans about. Now where many wiccans (witches) practise witchcraft, there are just as many who don't. There are many branches to Paganism, it depends on which branch you want to follow.
Throughout the year most every Pagan will follow the earths cycle and celebrate life and death in one way or another. Usually these are through the eight festivals that take place. Even the most basic of pagan books will give you the infomation on the fesivals as and when they happen.
I trust I have been of some help to you. Good luck in your search.

Wicca is a religion that was created in the 20th century by Gerald Brosseau Gardner. It is based on the assumption that witches were organized in covens and that they constituted the remnant of a neolithic religion. The bases of Gardner's new religion heavily relied on Margaret Alice Murray's book "The Witch Cult in Western Europe". However, Murray's hypothesis is, at best, unprovable.
Besides "wicca" is an Old English word meaning "male witch, wizard, soothsayer, sorcerer, magician" ("wicce" means "(female) witch"): Gardner's choice of the name Wicca is very inappropriate for a religion since it originally refered to a male individual.
The idea that witches are members of an ancient religion is also incongruous because there have been witches in every culture, including in Christian lands: very few pagans were witches and every witch wasn't a pagan. Besides this assumption would mean that magic (the distinctive trait of a witch) is a worship which is nonsense. Magic/witchcraft has always been regarded as an art enabling the witch to wield supernatural powers (see Homer's Odyssey for example).
In modern English, "Wicca" refers to a recent religion made up of people who call themselves "witches" who revere nature. But real witchcraft and worship are two very different concepts.

lmao @ "wiccanism" > lol, lol. Links??? type in "Wicca, for the rest of us" . It will explain everything. It helped me when I was searching for answers. And, no, we do not sacrifice animals, children, nor do we believe in violence agains fellow humans/ creatures. So, if we see a unicorn in the middle of the road,we will stop and let it pass. hope it helps. Oh, and we love nature, and for me, I have left christianity, left it because I felt unfulfilled. I find that male-dominated, organized religion went against what I felt inside. anyway, I found a ton of stuff online about it, and the first place I went was, " Wicca, for the rest of us," and went from there.

When you ask a question for one small group of people (or followers) and you add on a "blankity-blank STAY AWAY" or a "not-for-blankity-blank" group) ....when you do that, when you write that up, you're subconsciously begging to attract the very thing, the very group of people, you don't want responding to your question. You should have asked it thusly:

"WHAT IS WICCA EXACTLY" (only knowledgeable respondents please)! You'll have better luck that way. Also, Google Wicca and you'll get more answers than you ever wanted.
