Heck, Jack hasn't even trimmed his very own team each and each and every of ways all the way down to 4 automobiles yet and at the same time as he's compelled to it is going to actual propose that Yates turns right into a three motorcar team. it isn't any ask your self that Jimmie ought to imagine of of Tony as a teammate next 3 hundred and sixty 5 days that is largely spectacular that he actual said that for the era of an interview. really through utilising reality each and each and each person is familiar with what the deal is does now no longer propose that Rick must be so open about it. 3 STR8 N 08!!!

I watched Inside Nextel Cup after the Stewart incident this year, and Michael Waltrip went through some of the words allowed by the FCC. You can say bull, you can s***, but you can't say bulls***. That makes a lot of sense, doesn't it?
Anyway, he also mentioned d*** being an allowed word, and I double-checked it for a school assignment. NASCAR isn't showing favoritism here. It's just an acceptable word.

Dam* is not one of the seven bad words you can't say on television. The one Stewart said, and the one Jr. said a few years back ARE. I don't think NASCAR has any grounds to give Johnson a fine or dock him any points.
The link for the list of words is below.

Its not the same thing. They don't see that word the same as BS. Sorry but it goes for anyone who would of said it. I have heard Dale JR and many other drivers say it before and nothing was done so why would this be different. Seems like no favoritism here just being consistent.

Ummm, the word Jimmie said doesn't compare to what Stewart said! I didn't know damn was a curse word! You must be a Jimmie hater and are praying he gets fined so Jeff can win. get over it, it's OBVIOUS Jimmie is an excellent driver. Maybe your driver will do better next year! GO 48!!!!!!!

Aside from what everyone else has already said about D.A.M.N. being a minor violation, if it's even considered profanity by modern-day standards, there's the issue of not determining the outcome of a championship with something so trivial as this.
The key point here... IT'S TRIVIAL!!

D@mn is accepted by the FCC. So is @ss. Bu!!$h!t is not.
I agree with terg, JJ doesn't give a d@mn about a fine at this point, but I also say he won't get fined. He didn't cross the line, Tony Stewart did.

Give me a break. "D$#%" is a minor profanity compared to the other words. Harvick didn't get fined for saying he was going to kick Montoya's "a#$", so why would this be different?
