Nice logic there.
When the American dollar was the #1 currency in the world, people would say "God loves America! No wonder no other currency can compare to the dollar!"
Grow up, people. For the love of your God, grow up.

The pleasure or displeasure of an omnipotent supernatural being has nothing to do with the ongoing collapse of the American dollar/economy. Irresponsible fiscal policy is the culprit. George W. Bush is doing to the USA exactly what he's done to every business he's run. He's bankrupting it.

government policies and economics determine currency value. while a "strong dollar" sounds good, it has hurt US manufacturing in the past several decades when the dollar was held articially too high; this benefitted emerging markets.
the end to an artifical high does not mean divinr intervention, unless you think that international bankers are god.

Some people believe that God is judging America for its culture of pervasive sin. Having done a bit of travel, I cannot say that the U.S. culture is any more sinful than other cultures. I can say that there are many governments that are more sinful!
