I have several pictures in my office, and a poster with the Three Stooges entitled "Golf With Your Friends". Those are the only dead people pictured in my office, everyone else is current immediate family who are alive.

What about you?

And statues or any other type of depiction count. Do you have a bust of your rich uncle Wacko who left you a huge inheritance?? Or maybe a crucifix??

Interesting...I'm in my home office...the only things hanging on the walls are some Star Trek posters (no people, just the ships) and a bunch of my son's art projects...none contain pictures of dead people...no, wait, there is a picture my son drew of a penny...it doesn't look a lot like Lincoln because he was only 4 when he drew it, but I guess that would count!

No statues or anything like that...however, I do have a ton of books on the shelves...and I can think of several that have a picture of an author who is deceased on the back cover...Ayn Rand being the closest one to my current position. ...and I'm sure at least one of the movies on another shelf have a picture somewhere on the case of an actor who is no longer living.

Actually, I don't have any pictures up in this room. I've never really been picture oriented. I know what my family looks like, and have just never seen the point. I do have a picture up of my two year old nephew in another room, but that's only because my brother's wife wouldn't shut up about it until I allowed it to be set there. I mostly did it to promote peace in the family, but (and I love my nephew dearly), it isn't even a good picture of him.

A crucifix on our family altar. A picture of my grandma on a shelf beside it. Of course, technically the Person on the crucifix is not dead anymore, though the crucifix portrays His death.

You almost got me with the inclusion of crucifixes. Were you trying for that? ;-)

On my desk there is a picture of me and my best friend Chelsa that died, so I think she is the only dead person in any pictures. The other pictures are of my friend Brian, my fiance Charles, and my parents and grandparents. Oh, and my two cats, Kippy and Winter.

No pictures of people are on the walls in my office.

I'm in our basement right now, which is sort of done in tacky kitsch... the family pics are upstairs... let me look around....actually nope, nobody dead. Other than the giant orange and black stuffed shark hanging in the corner (I'm not kidding).

I have pictures of my grandparents here on the desk in my home study and the last one of them died in 1983. Otherwise I have pictures of my husband, parents and furry family members.
