Generally speaking, you get the band of athests that they are unnerringly correct and everyone else is wrong.
Then you get the band of christians that think they're also unneringly correct and think everyone else is wrong.
These are the two groups that generate the problems, as they are as ignorant as each other.
Most christians and atheists will happily discuss the issue all day long without warring about it. I can accept that some poeple do believe and some poeple don't. I'm an atheist, but only by mathmatical terms, I cant disprove a god but statistically there's such a tiny chance that I'm wrong I kind of tip toe into the agnost category.
I think uneducated atheists and uneducated christians are the guilty parties, I've seen equally ignorant and vile responses from both sides.

I think that blind faith is something that comes easily to some, and not so easily, or not at all to others.
I'm not religious, and i have real trouble understanding how people can dedicate their lives to something that for me there is no real proof of- i'm not trying to insult, just to explain the situation from another persons point of view.
As we all know, when people don't understand things a few individuals can get quite aggressive and even insulting. In addition to this, many christians can be very defensive about their faith and be over sensitive. I am generalising here but it happens and as a result there can be alot of tension.
It's especially prominent on things like Yahoo Answers because people can express their most basic, strongest veiws anonymously with no thought of offense or politeness.
Quite a few christians give some pretty mean comments as well. People need to try to be more understanding, and see things from both points of view. Afterall, something as important as the meaning of life and creation of the universe isnt a topic to be taken for granted!

To answer the first part of the question, it's because God made them that way.
To follow on, ALL?? questions? Surely not? That sounds like an exaggeration, or, more to the point, the bearing of false witness.
As to the Why, it may be that atheists behave so because they are God's way of punishing unrepentant sinners.
But what would I know? I'm neither Christian, nor atheist.
This really does sound like one of those time wasting baiting questions, you know. A lesser man might've reported it.

I'm not rude, my friend! Many atheists go out of their way to explain things to Christians without being rude... perhaps you should look more carefully at the Christians who judge and condemn others.

Because you blinked people still live in the dark ages; where religion is concerned, you still cant see the truth, there is no such thing as a god, yet you still prey on any one who is vulnerable enough to believe your clap trap, wake up. we atheists are not rude, we`re fed up with you ramming religion down our throats.

We atheists use cold, hard logic in order to argue. Essentially we believe ourselves to hold the ugly truth. It would be nice for a god to exist but there is no evidence to support its existence and an ever growing pile of evidence against its existence.

It's rude to tell someone that they're going to Hell, and I've never said that to a Christian, but I'm told that all the time.
