I am 19 years old and have a High school diploma, and currently attending a 4 year university. What is the procedure to living legally in the UK or Australia ? Also is it difficult to immigrate to New Zealand?

Craig, each of those three nations has its own requirements, which are available through their national website.

The general answer is "not easy".

Why would they want you?? Your language usage and spelling indicate that you're likely a Yank. 4 year University grads from undistinguished American universities aren't a highly in demand employable commodity in any of those nations.

Why would they invite foreigners to compete with their own young University grads for jobs?

The UK is the hardest of those three countries to immigrate to. Australia is easier, but New Zealand's immigration policy is far more relaxed even than Australia's. New Zealand has some pretty big skill shortages at the moment, especially in medicine.

I'd definitely have to recommend New Zealand (despite living in Australia). It's a tradeoff, slightly lower wages than Australia for a world of other benefits, like lower crime, mild climate (which is warmer than is stereotyped if you stick to the northern part) and greener scenery, abundance of water (Australia is in drought) and complete lack of dangerous animals.

In terms of crime, UK is really not even a destination to be thought about these days, it's getting just as dangerous as the US, with schoolkids being mugged (and often stabbed) every other day.

If you are US citizen than it is very easy, then if you are not.
1. Once you graduate from college apply to any company in these countries as you will do for any American company.
2. If the company sponser candidates from other countries they will help you in getting H1 visa (different countries have different name for such kind of visa).
3. H1 visa means you can work legally in that country.

Now as for living as an immigrant and then becoming the citizen is very different. For UK it is harder than Australia or New Zealand. FYI Australia and New Zealand give immigration often through there embassies but you have to enquire within. It is easier if you have Master or higher education in IT or computers.

Do you want to work in the UK or Australia or do you want to immigrate?

It's easier to get a work Visa than it is to get citizenship.
