he broke up with me because he said he was confused and didn't know what he wanted anymore. this happened three weeks ago and the first week i tried to get him back and told him how much i love him and all that. After a week of that i just stopped talking to him. we haven't talked for two weeks. i'm not sure how is feeling and i'm too scared to ask because i dont want to push him away more or get hurt again. when is it ok to make contact? should i wait for him to talk to me. the last time we talked we never established any of that. What should i do?

its true that distance makes the heart grow fonder. he knows how you feel. he needs to have enough distance between him and you to feel the same way. just go on with your life take it day by day. and hope he comes around once he realizes its a mistake. if he dosent come around you cant make him. so you may just need to move on. in the real world you dont always get the guy.

Well, since you already tried to make contact with him, and he didn't, I don't think you should worry about him. I know it's hard to get over a guy, especially when you've been with him for so long, but he doesn't deserve to even be friends with you if he's just going to diss and dismiss you.
But if you really want to be friends with him again, wait a while, he probably just wants his space.
Try moving past wanting a relationship with him again, and spending some time with good friends. You don't have to jump back into dating again, but being with friends is always good.
After it's been a while, he might call you, or see you, but don't try and start dating him again, because you will get hurt.
I'm not a guy, but I have a lot of guy friends, and they don't like clingy girls, so distance yourself, and try not to worry about it so much.
I hope this helps.

Let him go, he will realize what he has lost and come back to you, and depending on whether or not you will take him back......

I wouldn't personally I believe that being in a relationship is more that the good times, but also the bad times. So what if he is confused people get confused all the time, but that is just a nice way of saying I don't love you anymore.

So just go out and find someone who will love you just as much as you love them. Happy hunting and have fun.

sweety I been there, an old boyfriend did the exact thing to me and you know why he was so confuse? he meet someone else..., maybe I'm wrong (I hope so) but consider this possibility... so you don't get a horrible surprise like I did if that's the case... and about making contact the best it would be wait for him to do it because if you reach him again he will think you are desperate and that will only make things worst...
Good luck!

What to do? I know . Everything seems wrong. Actually its really All Right. But it does not feel like this or appear like this. It will. In time. Give it time. Do nothing. Nothing at all. You will of course think about it. Feel angry, sad, depressed, confused, lonely, bitter, etc. Normal. Let him be. Let yourself be. Give it time. It will be alright. Better than before.

personally, i think the only way for him to figure out his "confusion" is to be away from you for a while. I know thats hard on you, but the more you are there its just like you never left. so leave him alone for a while and he'll either decided he wants to be with you or not. its a hard concept. just give him the space he asked for.

I currently have a situation like that, just try to give him some space, if hes the right one, he will come back, if not, then just move on.

forget him and move on he has met someone else that's for sure and he is not brave enough to tell you
be brave yourself and go do something unusual for yourself
sorry about giving you the truth but sometimes the truth is in our minds but we just don't want to believe it. i know because it happened to me once and i lived in denial
good luck and time will be your healer
