Being a woman of black, white and red heritage,I feel that the question of immigration should be answered by federal law.My Great-Grandmother was a Germany immigrate and went thru the proper channels to become an American. She had to learn the language, know some American history and pledge to her new country,of with she was proud to do.Although all have the same opportunity as she did,it is not a right.Immigrates of the present and future should be held to the same standards of those of the past, for it expresses their desire and willingness to become citizens, reap from it's opportunites and become a part of the great melting pot.I have friends from the Middle-East and when they adopted America, they had to learn the language. There were no telephone promps or signs in Farsi to aid them. They learned because it was their obligation as Americans. They did not give up their culture by doing so,neither did other immigrates. Many have attempted to enter this country(i.e. Haitians),but were at a disadvantage because they had to cross the water and not simply walk in.They too fled proverty, oppression and wanted a better life. But they were detained and not allowed to enter. The color of their skin didn't help either,I believe. However, with the treat of terrorism no one should be allowed to walk into our country unchecked. And dear sir,you are wrong to say all black people hate whites due to slavery.I feel that you are using the tools of other earlier immigrates (How the Irish became White), of causing rifts in the relationships of black and white in this country,by making blacks the targets of racism.Thereby by doing so,they attempt to make themselves appear more white,to appeal more to the white ruling class and to take the eyes off their own ethicisity. Statements such as these continue to add to this fervor. Regettfully, this has worked in the past. This ploy is as old as slavery itself.Slavery did not start in America,it has been with humanity thru out history.Various groups have always used the excuse of color, gender, social class, religion, national origin or even the "spoils of war" to enslave one another.Blacks have enslaved whites at one time. Throughout history groups have enslaved one another as well as others.Whites enslaved whites, blacks enslaved blacks, reds enslaved reds and so on.I am proud of my black/white/red heritage. My family is a rainbow of humanity, from the palest to the darkest.I love my HUMAN family, but I'm also ashamed, for we haven't learned that there is only one race, the human race.

California's prison medical system is phuqued up at best I lost my own mother prematurely to cancer in the California prison system. Inadequate medical attention is not unique to un documented aliens that have no more rights than any other prisoner. You are mistaken if you think that illegals get less treatment than citizens. My mother was physically damaged in an inadequate transportation do the doctor, you guessed it no recourse. The official story was she fell, the injuries say other wise, to the point of impossible. And we wonder why California is bankrupt. NOT!

I'm not sorry to say this Pedro but you are way out of line. You are obviously from Mexico. Here in the United States we have laws that prohibit illegal activities. LAW. Black politicians who have educated themselves know the law so no, they will not stand behind "undocumented citizens" (illegal aliens). Slavery was a long time ago. They got over it.
You are obviously proud of your country. I am proud of mine. If things in my country were as bad as things in yours, I would do something about it insted of running to another country and complaining about how no one supports you.

Black politicians are American and they realize what the illegals are doing to all American people. Sorry pal but you illegals have united whites and blacks for a common cause. By the way, smart black people don't hate white people, they are intelligent enough to realize that whites alive in this country played no part in that history.

Because all Americans are upset about illegal immigration--Americans of all ethnicities and backgrounds.
Illegal aliens are the most devastatingly impactful to the most vulnerable Americans. Illegal aliens glut the lower skilled, lower educated marketplace with an excess of labor, thereby depressing wages and frequently working "off the books". As a result, the jobs of the lower skilled American workers are taken away and given to the even "cheaper" illegal aliens.
Sorry, but the reality of this situation is that this is in general a topic that many many AMericans agree on....Americans of all races.

Coming here is not a human right but a privilege.
We are talking about people violating the law of the land.
I would consider by your logo you are Mexican.
So how you feel if we did enforce the illegal immigration as it is in Mexico?
You show your racism to think that all blacks hate whites and vice a versa.
So you don't like it here go to Canada they are far more welcoming to you illegals.

Nice try, Pedro - but maybe it's because you guys take jobs from black Americans too, and maybe black Americans realize that when you finalize your retarded Aztlan plans, they'll be kicked out of the area along with the whites.

tell me, did you come here fleeing political repression? was your life in danger? or did you come here for the opportunity? if for the first reason, you qualify for political asylum, no big deal, go down and register. however, if you came for economic opportunity, then you subverted the system, sorta like you jumped to the head of the line. and jumping to the front of the line is not a human rights issue.

Illegal immigration is not a human rights issue. It's a legal issue.
And do not start a racist arguement. Black people do not hate white people.
