You need to go to a dermintologist and have them dested to make sure they are not cancerous

Freckles or moles? If they are freckles, they usually appear when you've been in the sun (more common in summer). If they are moles and they've suddenly appeared, you'll need to see your doctor. In fact, most folks don't see a dermatologist often enough to make certain they don't have skin cancer. It'd be worth a visit just for that. And (assuming you have skin cancer, and it's likely you don't) even if it is cancer, the treatments nowadays aren't bad. Just catch it early.

I also have moles that the area before they appear it's really itchy and then I have a mole appear! Just watch out for the one that change color or shape quickly!

Don't be alarmed but some can contain cancer, some are just random growths.
