Licensing means more government control, so NO.

What is wrong with the article you linked to? It is just her opinion. I have seen a h*ll of a lot worse than that, or are trying desperately to make some kind of religious point?

When it is not even free?
Let the children beat the tin cans.
Then we listen to the music.
See we can dance to their tune.
That will get them off the street.
