God doesn't exist, but as in creature... I'm assuming you mean "animal currently living on this planet" rather than dead or fantasy animal. My favorite animal is the cat. Specifically the blue eyed white Bengal Tiger is my most favorite of them all with the Lion coming a close second.
I don't really know why. There's just something so incredibly majestic about them. A truly beautiful animal.
If you mean dead/extinct, my favorite animal in history is the Styracosaurus. It was always my favorite as a child. Which is a little strange since most people wouldn't even know what they are. lol. They are rather like a Triceratops but the horns on the face are longer, and the neck ridge has horns on it.

human is the greatest creature on because human have the knowledge of creating this like technology and and discover that the planet is round gravity and all other thing.
that alone make the human the ultimate creature

I don't know the scientific name,but the coolest creature the god/nature has is a deep sea fish with a fishing rod and "worm"built into his head.Other fish see the "worm",swim up,and GULP...TOO COOL

My favourite creature is the cat, wild and domestic i love both there so intelligent and both are very in touch with their instincts, nature and the domestic cat is very intune with us we are very priveledged to have them around.

I like the Owl because I feel the spirit in Owls and I don't know why that is the case but it has happened to me on several occasions in my life.

they all have their place. The whale is huge and grace full the bear is power full, the wolf is smart and shows respect, the otter is all ways playing the birds can see all etc etc etc

Non-human animal - The Elephant because despite their size they are very gentle...something we could learn from.
