i have a samsung 26" LCD tv please tell me in 2 days i need it urgently

By definition, all fixed pixel TVs, including LCD and Plasma, are progressive. The question of what kinds of signals they will process, 480P, 720P, 1080P, Etc., is another question.
For that, you have to look in the manual or go to the manufacturer's site and look it up---or see what options are offered on the TV's menu.

A TV has to be "HD" or "HD Ready" to accept a progressive scan signal.

No - there is no way to convert a standard def TV to accept progressive scan video.
