LASAGNE - MAKE SAUCE AS U WOULD FOR CHILI - IN LASAGNA DISH, SPOON A COVERING OF THE SAUCE, SO IT WILL NOT STICK TO THE DISH - LASAGNA IS PASTA THAT IS STICKY WHEN WET - SO THE TOMATO PASTE(CHILI) WILL PREVENT STICKING - THEN LAYER THE PASTA-LASAGNA - WITH THE SAUCE - WHEN IT REACHES DESIRED SIZE, USING THE PASTA AND SAUCE, COVER ENTIRE CONTENTS WITH GRATED CHEESE, AND BAKE UNTIL BUBBLY

You have to put a layer of meat sauce at the bottom of the dish first. Otherwise the pasta will stick to the bottom of it.

I always put a layer of sauce down first, next pasta and then cheese.Sauce prevents pasta from adhering to bottom of pan and pasta holds the cheese better.
