Hello

You're completely normal and I suppose it's all psychological because you put you under stress to perform. That can have various reasons to not achieve an erection, maybe you're not in the mood or you have some problems in your mind or didn't sleep well and other things.

The problem is when you put you under stress to perform or you have performance anxiety, more adreanlin will pumped in your body which cause that an erection will not happen. It can happen to every men and I had that experience sometimes, too. I'm not lying to you like other or most men in these world do. A lot of men tell storys about how much they can and never had this experience, what are they supermans and sexmachines? Think always that other men me included are not better than other one's, so don't be worry about it.

These problems to not have always an hard on, have the pornstars, too. They always claim that they don't use ED drugs like Viagra, Cialis, Levitra and other things, but do you believe them? Sure not, they're taking ED drugs like athletes do it with steroids another doping by the way.

Take it with humor and don't make a tragedy we're not sexmachines that we can do it always and in any places. We have our problems, moods and that can cause that an erection will not occur.

I use sometimes Viagra too to have more performance and too increase the orgasm. I'm 34 years old and I don't have ED, good and hard erections and a good sexlife. I have received Viagra and Cialis by my best friend who's urologist and he first has checked me. After all was right and that I don't have any healthy problems he gave me some free samples of Viagra and Cialis.

He told me that Viagra, Cialis and Levitra works good to men who suffers from perfomance anxiety and little ED. When they use Viagra or other ED drugs for a period the erections will be increased and you can have naturally intercourse without to use the ED drugs again.

If your doctor has prescribed you these medicaments than it will sure help you, maybe you will need them only a few times and your self-esteem and erections are hard like before and you will have a satisfied sexlife again.

If I were you I would try it and see the results, because if you have questions or your problem is still there you can always ask your doctor.

I hope that you will be confident and have self-esteem of yourself, don't put you under stress to perform, it's not a solution and it will not make you happy.

Maybe you need only a little help and these ED drugs can give you the strong erections back. I suppose that it will happen like that and after this help you don't need them anymore.

My experience with these ED drugs:
They both work very well and on me, the Viagra I have taken a few times one hour before intercourse. On the Viagra to reach the orgasm it takes some time and the feeling it's different if you do it naturally. After you ejaculate you would be ready to do intercourse in a short time. I take the highest dosgage of 100 mg, because it works best for me. It stays in my system for 4 to 5 hours and my only side effects are red eyes.

With the Cialis is different I have taken it some few times to have a sex weekend. I have taken always the highest dosage of 20 mg, because it works best for me. It stays very long on my system about 3 days. The erections are not so hard like on the Viagra, but the advantage it's Cialis works for a longer time than Viagra and you can have spontaneous sex and not planning like the Viagra. The erections are hard enought to have satisfied intercourse. I didn't have any side effects on the usage of Cialis.

I can recommend you both as a help, but always under medical attention, because they can have side effects. Every men it's different and not all have the same side effects.

I use them in some special Sexparty and when I go to swingerclubs, but I don't take them on a long term use or every day, because they're always medicaments and I won't be addicted to them.

They're a good help and I can recommend them for some special use, but like I have written before not for a long term use. It's good to have natural sex and not be addicted to them.

Nonphysical causes

Nonphysical causes may account for impotence. They may include:

Psychological problems. The most common nonphysical causes are stress, anxiety and fatigue. Impotence is also an occasional side effect of psychological problems such as depression.
Negative feelings. Feelings that you express toward your sexual partner — or that are expressed by your sexual partner — such as resentment, hostility or lack of interest also can be a factor in erectile dysfunction.
Physical causes
Physical causes account for many cases of erectile dysfunction and may include:

In fact, erectile dysfunction may be one of the first signs of an underlying medical problem.

Prevention
Although most men experience episodes of erectile dysfunction from time to time, you can take these steps to decrease the likelihood of occurrences:

Limit or avoid the use of alcohol and other similar drugs.
Stop smoking.
Exercise regularly.
Reduce stress.
Get enough sleep.
Deal with anxiety or depression.

If your doc will see that it is ok for you to use any of these meds, you will get a free sample pack of viagra cialis and levitra to see what's best for you.
Noone can tell which of these 3 will work best or will have side effects. It differs from people to people.
Also this is a good site - viagrafans.com , an online community of viagra cialis and levitra users. has got good message board, cheapest trusted online pharmacy price comparison and info about viagra cialis and levitra. check out the forums and may be ask for an advice there, because people on this forum have personal experience with these meds and someone might have same as yours..

With the newer types of insulin these days, diabetic diets aren't necessarily as restrictive as they used to be. Read here https://tr.im/vhPA3
As with any medicine or diet change, you should discuss it with your doctor. Fruits, both fresh and dried, have a natural sugar in them that will raise blood sugar levels, so be careful about eating too much. Not sure about the nuts. Moderation is always the key. I've been diabetic for 18 years and just recently changed insulin types. I love it because it gives me more freedom in when and what I eat.

Levitra is an FDA-approved oral medication that is available only by prescription. It works by relaxing your muscles to increase blood flow to the penis. The extra flow of blood will engorge the penis thus helping men get a harder erection. Moreover, Levitra works by preventing blood from flowing out of the penis. This helps you keep a longer-lasting erection. Generally, after the sexual activity ceases, the erection will go away. If the penis persists in staying erect for more than 4 hours, seek medical attention to avoid long-term injury.
Certain other medications can work to inhibit the elimination of enzymes that are stimulated by Levitra. People who are on medications such as erythromycin, ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), indinavir (Crixivan) and ritonavir (Norvir) are recommended to take lower dosages of Levitra. In addition, the time between each dosage may need to be extended. Normally a minimal initial dosage of 10 mg per day is recommended.
Common Levitra adverse drug reactions include nausea. Infrequent ADRs include abdominal pain, back pain, photosensitivity, abnormal vision, eye pain, facial oedema, hypertension, palpitation, tachycardia, arthralgia, myalgia, rash, itch, and priapism. (Rossi, 2004). The side effects reported in clinical trials include headache, flushing and stuffy or runny nose. In extremely rare cases, report to doctor immediately, if you have a sudden decrease or loss of vision, in one or both eyes.
However, what is special about Levitra is that people with high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, and even diabetics, have been found to be safely taking this medication. These health factors don't seem to impede these men from enjoying increased sexual activities after taking it. As with taking any new medications, it is always best to ask your doctor about drug interactions with your existing medications, and with your present medical conditions.

Unfortunately, many of the drugs on the market today that are designed to treat various conditions, have side effects that include the degradation of male sexual performance. The most common of these are blood pressure medications, but there are many others.

The good news is that in many cases, there are often (but not always) alternatives to the meds with these side effects. Learn here https://tr.im/ErectileDysfunction

If that’s the case, your doctor can prescribe you an alternative to help alleviate the problem.

Nope, not any. Otherwise 95% of the male population would have these kind of problems(he he, you.. the one who reads this now, I know you do it too...and you, and you and you, yea you all do it too..) It can lower the semen count or in a very few cases when a guy masturbays several times a day and does not have real sex it can lead to premature ejaculation . That's about it..

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/8anZh

Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

HOMEOPATHY ON ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION AND IMPOTENCY(Without any side effects or complications) :-
Impotence refers to a man's absolute inability to obtain a penile erection even after proper stimulation. If the condition is not absolute, i.e.; either erections are not complete or there is an inability to maintain them long enough, then the condition in general is called 'penile dysfunction'.

Impotence, Erectile Dysfunction - CAUSE
In majority of cases psychological reasons are implicated.
Vascular disease involving internal pudendal artery is thought to be one of the reasons for age related impotency.
A nerve injury or spinal cord injury may result in impotence.
Impotence may be an early symptom of diabetes mellitus, multiple sclerosis, tabes dorsalis etc.
Impotence, Erectile Dysfunction - SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS

Inability to get an erection is usually the only complaint.
In cases of penile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and spermatorrhoea may be found.
Depression often accompanies impotence. Severe depression can lead to impotence and impotence can lead to depression. It works both ways.
Impotence, Erectile Dysfunction - TREATMENT & HOMEOPATHIC Medicines
Homeopathy offers some very good medicines to treat this condition. But for proper treatment a homeopath must probe into the psychological reasons behind the condition. A detailed case history is necessary, including not only the sexual history, but also his general medical history, physical and mental characteristics etc. It is not easy give long term results if a homeopath is unable to make a judgment as to 'What went wrong?'. Also the 'when', 'where' and 'how' need to be answered too. long with the medicine such patients often need psychological counseling, especially so, if there are marked depressive traits present. This counseling can be done by an experienced homeopath or by a trained psychologist.

Some of the medicines commonly indicated in such conditions are agnus-castus, argentum-nit, china, conium, lycopodium, acid-phos, picric-acid, sabal-serr., selenium, strychninum, yohibinum, kali-brom, arnica, baryta-carb, nux-vomica etc. The selection of medicine varies from cae to case, and so do the results. But the good thing about homeopathic treatment is that you don't need to pop-a-pil every time you desire some action. Once you regain your ability to attain an erection, you usually get it for good.

Impotence, Erectile Dysfunction - CONVENTIONAL TREATMENT

Viagra, Cialis and similar drugs are now the medicines of choice. you need to pop-a-pill every time you....Also the medicine cannot be given to heart patients without medical examination.
Anti depressants are often given.
Penile paparazine injections were used previously.
Impotence, Erectile Dysfunction - WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?

Exercise daily -

it increases the level of male hormones
it increases the level of certain neurohormones, which result in mood elevation
it increases the peripheral blood circulation
