I assume you are talking about the most recent Casino Royale. Daniel Craig played James Bond in that version.
There was another version of Casino Royale that was meant to be a satire of the James Bond series. David Niven played Bond in that version. Another interesting bit of trivia from that movie; Ursula Andress, who played Honey Ryder in Dr. No played the role of Vesper Lynd in Casino Royale, which Eva Green picked up in the most recent version.
There was also a TV version of Casino Royale released in 1954 that starred Barry Nelson as James Bond. This was the first film adaptation of Ian Fleming's novels.
