He/She tells you he/she is a liar but doesn't it prove he/she is honest... that's tricky part.

I will definitely not touch them with a 10 foot pole. Why? If such a disclosure is made to you by a perfect stranger, then it means they play mind games, and you, you dont have time for people who have time to waste playing mind games.
Life is too short to waste on people who have nothing better to do.

Hahaha, that's funny :P Yea I'd believe it. Liars don't necessarily lie 100% of the time. Anyway, a well balanced person wouldn't say this, so this is definitely a weirdo or a psycho with some serious issues :P

Well I guess it depend if you know that person that they're talking about well enough. For example, people tell me that Nicole is such a liar. I don't really know her so I can't believe that. Another example, is people say my cousin Justine is a liar. Well i know that it's true because she's my cousin and i know her very well.

That's tricky. He might be talking about something else like other stuff or lies. Not about that.
