Yes I can, but contrary to what the person above said about him stuffing his cheeks with tissue paper, he actually stuffed his cheeks with prosthetic jowl enhancers, or "dental plumpers" that were made by a make-up artist, although he used cotton during screen tests.
Regardless, the "Godfather" voice doesn't come from just the jowls. It's just a slow, raspy Italian accent, but it seems easier to do it with the jowls.

A lot of people can... believe it or not the unique "don corleone voice" came from him stuffing his cheeks with tissue paper, you can tell now that you know that fact...as I recall nobody told him specifically to do it, its just something to do with his acting style and it worked
