how do i start my own caravan/campsite(get the right land etc, planning)?

I want to start my own campsite in Britain(England,Wales) I need to find land suitable that I can obtain planning permission.

I suggest you look around in area's where the weather is good and people like to go for their holidays (South Coast UK, or France, for example) and approach the local councils BEFORE buying land ..

You also need mains services (esp. water, sewage) and Pubic Liability Insurance ..
