this might sound gross but its true, i have a zit on the side of the top of my nose, when i woke up this morning it must of got infected but my right eye is now swollen and i cant go to school.
can someone help me!!?

You might have a mild case of cellulitis from the pimple on the top of your nose. Apply some cold compress to your swollen right eye. Take some Motrin to reduce the inflammation. Apply some Erythromycin oint to the pimple or Triple Antibiotic oint.

Whatever you do, don't pick at it (the pimple, that is). I read somewhere that if you mess with any acne within the area of the eyes, you could cause serious eye problems. I'm hoping that you did not mess with it before you went to bed and that what you're experiencing isn't a result of that.
I agree with the first responder. I would also take a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol or apple cider vinegar on it, and gently press it againts the pimple. If it get worse throughout the day, call a doctor.
