It is 5:25 in the morning. I have to be up by 6:30. I have been up all night working on homework, and I am still doing so. So: would it be healthier to get half an hour's sleep, or just to stay up until morning?

I agree with the others, but I would go to sleep. Either sleep or do a light workout. Boot yourself back up. It'll refresh you. After you work out, a shower, then something fresh to eat.

It's better to get at least that half-hour's sleep rather than staying up till morning. Just don't forget to set your alarm clock so you won't be late for school. Make sure, you go to bed earlier tonight to make up for the deprived sleep of today. Sleep deprivation will contribute to daytime fatigue and make you feel drowsy and sleepy in class today.
