I have a friend of mine, who we used to live and hang out together. He moved from Texas to California. He just text me a message saying he just find out that he cannot fertilize a woman so he need my help. My help should be high secret thing. He is requesting me to sign an agreement, for me to be sleeping with is wife to get him pregnant, They had talked about this between them and agreed. So if she becames pregnant, I will never claim the child to be mine. The wife wants a child really bad. She dont want to adopt neither. All she want is to give birth to her own child and she feel comfortable if I will do it. To my part, this is the most strangest thing that I have ever faced in my life and I don't know what to tell him. I do respect them very much but as he explain that he don't trust anyone else to do beside me, its weird. I know he has helped me a couple time, he was there for me and now he wants me to be there for him. Can you all help me please in this situation?

The wife goes further to say how much she loved my kids and sees that if only I would accept, she will greatly appreciate. As far as transportation is concerned, she would be coming to Texas so I don't have to mis my job. I asked him what about the sperm donor, she won't accept it neither. She wants a copy right of my kids. She has known me for over 10years who I am, my characters etc.I know he was there for me even at the worst moment but this is a technical knock out, men and I don't see me doing it.

You need time to process this for it to be seen in a "real sense" before you decide. Obviously your friend does not want just some nameless stranger to be with his wife & he trusts you to place yourself in a specific situation as his proxy. As long as you are not married or deeply involved with a woman(a secret like this would be wrong to keep from her)& you have no problem with this you should feel almost honored that your friend & his wife thought of you. It is totally up to you as to whether or not you would be comfortable to keep this secret a lifetime for them. If not there is always artificial insemination for them.

That really must have been some email. What you have to decide is can you really do this. As far as the financial part of it you can have papers drawn up so that you cant be held for child support etc. I think its amazing that your friend who loves you enough to ask you to do this. I understand his wife wanting a child that much, and also that she doesn't want to use a stranger to have it with. What a loving gift that would be for them. I think if you don't want to sleep with her there are other ways to impregnate her. I really don't see any difference in you doing this or a woman being a surrogate mother. He is your friend. Would you give him a kidney, or other parts if he needed it. You would be giving him the gift of fatherhood, and also his wife the most precious gift she will ever recieve.
If you can't do this thats understandable so dont beat yourself up over it if you can't. This has got to be a hard decision for you. take your time and decide. God bless you.

There are other ways. You don't have to sleep with her. Research it and let them know about the different options. Be totally honest and tell them you would really like to help, but are uncomfortable with what they are asking you to do.

I would do it - it only seems like the right thing to do in this situation.
I must say though - I would ensure the agreement can not come back to you down the line. Ensure if they split - she can not come after your $$ too.

if you are not comfortable with the situation, do not do it.I am not so sure I could have a child, know where he/she lives, watch them grow up.go through life and NEVER be able to say they were mine. there are clinics you could use instead of sleeping with her.
