uhm..can I ask having a 4.9inch penis is ok right?Im pilipino,,,when is the foreskin gonna be losse from the penis?on the upper side not on the lower side because its supposed to be attached

Your size is pretty normal. The foreskin should be able to pull down to fully expose the head. and also for cleaning. If there is a problem with the foreskin not pulling all of the way down evenly, you may need to see a doctor for a minor surgery to fix it.

You don't say how old you are but a male above 10 years old should be able to retract the foreskin all the way over the head for proper cleaning, if not see a doctor.

A 4.9 inch penis is probably average for a Southeast Asian man. So yes, it's okay. As for the foreskin, if it's too tight, you may need to see a doctor. As long as it doesn't constrict the head of your penis, and as long as you can thoroughly clean under the foreskin, it's fine.

4.9 inches is perfectly OK. Moreover measuring up Penis is quite a pesky business. The fat on the lower abdomen does contribute to low reading on a scale.
It is the circumference that actually matters! And yes, you have to pull down your foreskin and clean it regularly. Only use water. Soap is rather harsh on such sensitive area.
