You can get a multi-screen video card and put it in any PC. You can then run a different App on each screen, and run the mouise across all screens. Have a look at NVidia's Quadro FX video cards.

No such a thing on the market, those can be had easily but must be a customized PC or Mac running anything besides Windows, cards catering the masses running Windows have only 2 or 3 physical screen ports.
