My partner and I have three boys and i would love to have a girl. Now dont get me wrong if i have another boy i would be simply delighted but i have a huge yearning for a girl.... Has anyone used natural methods that they think helped determine the sex of there child?

it is very helpful. If you want a girl, then have sex BEFORE the ovulation, and not the same day or the day after. This is scientific, i have discuss it with my doctor. You can find scientific text about this if you check on the internet with the words "conceive+girl". Of course you can not be 100% sure, but this is the best you can do! There are no grantees but here are some things you can try.
The boy diet / girl diet theory holds that altering your body's pH through diet may influence the polarity of the egg (if it has one), or make the vaginal environment more or less hospitable to sperm.
Diet high in potassium and sodium for a boy.
Diet high in calcium and magnesium for a girl.

According to the Shettles method:
Shettles says in order to increase the chances of having a girl, you should have sex everyday from the end of your period up to 2 1/2 to 3 days before ovulation. After this point, do not have unprotected sex until several days past ovulation. Intercourse further away from ovulation favors the larger slower moving X (girl) sperm. The weaker Y (boy) sperm will die more quickly in the more acidic preovulatory vaginal / cervical secretions and by the time of ovulation there will be a much larger concentration of X (girl) sperm available to fertilize the egg.
Shettles suggests that if you are trying to conceive a girl, shallow penetration from your partner, preferably with the missionary position, will deposit the sperm closer to the entrance to the vagina. This area is more acidic than closer to the cervix and acidity will work against the weaker "boy" sperm leaving more "girl" sperm available to fertilize your egg.
When trying to conceive a girl, Shettles recommends that you don't orgasm during sex as the body produces substances after orgasm that makes the vaginal environment more alkaline, which favors the "boy" sperm. The contractions which accompany an orgasm help move the sperm up and into the cervix, giving the "boy" sperm an extra chance at being available when your egg is available for fertilization.

it worth trying to have sex a good few days before you ovulate as girls swim slower but last longer and if you have sex on ovulation its more change of a boy.even tho there is still no guarantee good luck,i have two girls and pregnant with number 3 we are hoping for a boy but if a girl we will just be as happy so i understand how you feel i have that yearning feeling to

Chinese believe in this calendar that shows what the gender of the baby will turn out to be if you have sex on certain days. Well, you could try this. Google or wikipedia it.

I've heard two things.
One - the Greeks freeze one testicle ( I think it was the left?) and this would encourage a girl pregnancy.
Two - abstinence/ older sperm is for girls, regular sex is for boys
......neither or either could work.

Please just be thankful for what u have, and what u get, BOY or GIRL it shouldn't matter because there are many of us out here wishing we did had 3 boys
