2 days ago all of a sudden i feel my right nut in pain. now, it is STILL painful, but i dont worry much about the pain, i mostly care about longterm damage or anything. guess a visit to the doctor is always best or some mild pain could be pretty much nothing?

ok like 2 days ago my right nut started hurting and it hasnt stopped till now, well all these scenarios about crashing and the rest seem a bit too farfetched to not have noticed. the pain is mild so i wouldnt consider these. with a crashed nut you should be flying already

It might be nothing at all, but i would give it a few days and if it does not go away, have the doctor check it out. You may have accidentally crushed it and not realized it. It is likely just fine.

This is one area of your body you don't want to fool around with (pun intended). Seriously, a little mild testicular pain lasting an hour or two is no big deal, but if it hasn't gone away after 2 days, it's time to call the doctor. And tell them you can't wait 2 or 3 weeks for an appointment. Ask them to please work you in today. It's probably nothing serious, but don't you want to know that for sure?

pull it hard - see if it's strangulated.

If you faint then then it is.
