If you want to I think you should because it helps let all of your feelings out. I like to reminisce sometimes but it always ends up with me in tears. It is good to let go of it but if you don't want to be upset then don't reminisce

There is nothing wrong with reminiscing as long as you don't live in the past.

Depends on what your reminiscing about? ? If unhappy memory's then "NO" as this can make you feel low, this feeling can last for a number of hours, days or weeks depending on the issue your remembering. We tend to replay these in our minds with (((If onlys, buts, could of's etc))) Where as good, happy memory's release the feel good factor in our minds, same as above but with the opposite effects and no (((If's buts etc))).

When I do that I get all melancholy thinking of the stupid choices I made that either can't be undone or are so difficult to undo.
