It's okay to sleep on your front.if you are able to do so. However, you won't be able to breathe properly as your diaphragm and other accessory muscles of respiration would become obstructed. So it's not a question of health but one of comfort. .

I think sleeping on your front is fine, there's no reason why you wouldn't be relaxed and rested after it. However, I have heard that sleeping on your left side puts a lot of strain on your heart.

I don't see why it would be unhealthy. If that position is more comfortable I would think you would sleep better and rest better.

I have always slept on front but daughters boyfriend who is training pysotherapist said it is not good as you are putting pressure on your organs sleeping on front!!
I still do it as sleep better

It is very bad for your posture to sleep on your front. The best position is on your side with your knees slightly bent.

I think whatever's comfortable for you will be fine! I always sleep on my front and sides, i cant stay comfy on my back

you should sleep on your side or back. The amount of rest you are getting is what counts.
