Turn to Jesus Christ. He is the light and the way. If you seek HIM whole-heartedly, he will bless you with hope, peace, love, joy, health, faith, and prosperity.
Deuteronomy 4:29 (NIV)
But if from there you seek the LORD your God, you will find him if you look for him with all your heart and with all your soul.
Matthew 7 - Ask, Seek, Knock (NIV)
7"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.
Don't give up, for Jesus has not given up on you.
I will say a prayer for you to seek the Lord for refuge.
-God Bless.

Why are you sitting on those talents you have? You're wasting the talents you have when you can be putting them to good use.
You can get your life back on track by using those talents. You're a failure only because you think you're a failure.
We make our mistakes. I'd be the first to raise my hand on that one.
No one leaves this world without making there mistakes. It's what you do with the mistakes you made that will make a difference in your life. It's never to late for corrections.
Let the past go. You can sit there and stagnate or you can move on. The choice is up to you.
Sounds like you have a good future waiting for you. Talents are a precious commodity and are not to be wasted.
Nows the time to get out there and get busy.

First of all if you do not already get a job. I don't know what mistakes you have made. Just get a job where you have at least some income coming in. If you already have a job that is great. Then look at your talents? What can you do with them? How can you make money using your talents? Focus on one problem at a time. Write them down. When you conquer one problem check it off and move to the next.
Find a friend or family member that you can trust and talk with them.
Don't be afraid to ask for help.
I'm still working my way up. Although I have always been okay financially. Well getting by anyway. I have had many problems to work through and each time one is conquered it takes a load off my mind and makes me feel 100% better
Good luck to you

Never give up. Some of us have to try harder than others, so keep your chin up and think about it, really hard. How are you talented? Perhaps you could take some classes to enhance that talent and turn it into an asset that will make you a good living. However, you need to be realistic and think hard about what you'd like to do. Make some contingency plans so you can continue to support yourself. As long as your banged up truck gets you where you want to go, that's all you need. Keep your shitty apt clean and neat and it won't look so shitty. How to get money in the bank? Don't spend it if you don't need to. Sometimes it's hard to distinguish between wants and needs. If you can think about that it might make a difference. (It did for me).

Hmmm...I think you are supposed to have a banged up vehicle, a shitty apartment and nothing in the bank when you are 24! Without knowing anything else about you, here are some ideas:
Clean up your messes...
Get out of debt and/or stay out of debt (I say this from experience)
Get control of any substance abuse problems
Take responsibility for your actions
Be reliable
Apologize if you hurt somebody
Develop marketable skills
Do what you love, but know that sometimes a job is just for the money, just for a while.
You have your whole life in front of you! Good luck, and enjoy it!

Start making small positive changes with your life. Open a savings account and automatically have it deduct $20 from every paycheck. See if you can sell your truck, save the money from gas and put it towards buying a better vehicle. Look for a better place to live, maybe with a pal or a compatible roommate. Don't try and make big changes at the start. Work small and work your way up. And don't forget to pat yourself on the back when you accomplish a goal!

Consider yourself lucky! It's not too late to start all over again. Maybe go back to school (college). If your truck runs, better banged up and running than shiny and broke down on the side of the road. Count your blessings. Take stock of all the good things in your life. Then plan a course forward. You have to know where you are to know how to get where you want to be!

At least your not in denial and that is the first and hardest step. When I was your age I had been divorced twice had custody of my two children, and hadhad 3 major surgerys, and I made it, so hang in there kid, and stay away from the wrong people like the pleage. Work hard and save, and keep your horn reeled in till you find the right woman with the same goals.

Take it one day at a time. Work on finding a job that pays better to help get out of your present situation or going to school at night to train for a better job. If neither of those are options, work two jobs. You're young and can do this but you have to want it. Don't expect anyone else to do it for you and remember they didn't get you into this situation. Everyone has a choice, it's just that some seem to have to work harder than others. Don't resent the people who see to get handed better things in life...make things happen in yours. You are in control of your own destiny. Get to work on it and good luck! I believe in you!

Everyone makes mistakes. The important thing to remember is when you learn from a mistake, it becomes a lesson. So assuming you won't repeat the same mistakes...use your talents to the best of your abilities. Focus on what you DO HAVE and not what you DON'T have. You may need to find a different job...or learn to buget money wisely...it takes some time and effort...but you CAN turn things around. I wish you the best

Stop any addictions.
Get a job and SAVE MONEY.
Once you have saved enough, go to school to get an education that can help you sustain yourself for the rest of your life. I know what you are thinking...school? Yes.Study 4 years, live well for a lifetime.
If people around you are holding you back, move to a different city where no one knows who you are. Don't forget the past, learn from it. Make sure to not redo the same mistakes. Make things right.
