Yes. You have developed toned biceps, triceps, deltoids, etc. How long shall it last without workout? Does it last for a week maintaining its shape? Or is it possible to just workout once every week just to maintain them?

Luckily sustaining muscle tone takes less effort & time then achieving muscle mass. A workout every 10 days should keep your body in shape.

working out once a week will definitely maintain a good set of muscles. Muscles last forever, but lack of use causes them to atriphy. if you are young, then i am sure you have nothing to worry about as long as you keep at it, steady. As you get older you slow down and your body is not as active, and your muscles do not react the same as they did when you are younger.

a good workout once a week will keep then , if you repeat the same exercises - maybe a bit more each time - increase reps
