Both are good and it is just a matter of personal taste.

It's been over 10 years since I collected basketball cards but from memory Upper Deck have always been the premium cards, Topps aren't that flash, even these days I don't think.

I would go with Topps i've had alot of luck with them
but the best is Press Pass
