You probably still have a warranty on it, check the manufacturer and model # by looking inside the unit, go to their website, 1st read the manuel, you should be able to download it online, read the "troubleshooting" guide for your problem, if that doesn't work call the toll free number listed under contacts, they will tell you what to do. When my dishwaher broke, I called the place I bought it from and they came out to my house. When they found it was unrepairable, they replaced it for free because it was still under warranty, even though I had lost the receipt I was on their computer. You could also try calling your home builder, if it is a new house and it came with the house.

You're just going to have to make time to clean it. Lime Away is good. So is Dishwasher Magic and Powdered Iron Out. The powdered Iron Out works best for me. Put 1/2 cup in the bottom of the dishwasher and run a short cycle. Leave the room because it smells godawful. But it works like a wonder.

I use a product I found at Walmart for hard water deposits. It is called Lemi-Shine. Sold next to the dishwasher soaps. I have very hard water where I live. The sprayer on the top rack could be clogged. They also make heavy duty dishwasher cleaners that you run though on an empty cycle for water deposits.

It sounds like you're wash motor is failing, to check it, put a glass right side up on the top shelf. Run the dishwasher for 30 seconds. The glass should be full if it is not then you have a bad wash motor. Most companies warranty them from 2 to 5 years, so it is more than likely still covered under warranty.

Make sure nothing is obstructing the water jet (usually comes out of the middle of the bottom spinner and shoots up into the top spinner). The most common mistake is that someone puts a plate or bowl too close to the center piece and it deflects the water that's supposed to shoot up into the top spinner.

Take the top rack off and the top spinner should just "pop" off for cleaning, there must be food particles in it.

Unless you have good knowledge over things like this I recommend that you call a repair man, and do not try to fix it yourself. Messing with things you have no experience with can make it worse.

Is the sprayer clogged? Or are you blocking the sprayer? Good luck!
