Shrinking a shirt will only work if the shirt is 100% cotton. Unless the shirt is wool, then you can shrink it to fit a barbie doll, haha.

You will need to soak the shirt in hot water, then wring most of it out until it's damp. Then put in in the dryer on high heat and let it run it's course. You can repeat this as many times as necessary. But don't expect the shirt to go from a XL to a Med. Or a Large to a Small. The most you can get a cotton shirt to shrink is half to a whole size smaller. For example a Large to a Med.

Hope this helps.

The first time wash it in hot water but dry according to the directions on the label. Then try it on and see how it fits. If it still doesn't fit, then wash it in hot water and dry it on high heat - by itself. If its by itself, all dryer heat will go to shrinking your shirt. Good luck!

Wash it in warm water..which will shrink it slightly. Lay it out to try, and see if this has shrunken enough for you.

If not, wet it, and throw it in the dryer for 10 - 20 minutes.

well don't put it on super high heat, like for cottons

if it says use low heat - then try medium a few times
so you do not over shrink that puppy

all the best
