Is there a good all-in-one book to learn both C and C++?

C++ --- C is pretty much included

I'd say they're all about the same.
I haven't seen much differences in all the books I've looked at. And all of them will be difficult.

An easy book really isn't going to get you far.....

just find a local book store and pick up the books.
The net can help out a bit on specifics once your start reading
