Poll: Ipod or Zune?

Question

Since the new Zune was released last year, there as been debated whether the Zune is really better then the ipod and will kill the ipod. I personaly think the ipod is better. both devices has their pros and cons. But, what do you think is really better. List the pros and cons if u can.

Up until getting my hand on the new Zune 80, I had been an iPod fan, even though my first one got stolen and my other one broke (permanently froze) when I was using it during a work out. I have come to realize that iPod does a great job marketing, which is why we all bought one in the first place. MP3 players had been around many years before Apple started making them. So we all fell into the trap of getting one because it was the thing to have. Having said all this I highly encourage everyone to start looking at other devices, besides the iPod. The new Zune's just released blow away the new iPods. Bigger screens, customizable (artwork/engravings), better sound quality, premium head phones, more bang for the buck, wireless sync, and so on. Overall very impressive and attractive device. Kudos to Microsoft who seem to be pretty good at entering new markets and creating quality products, i.e. Xbox. So definitely go to the store and mess around with one and compare to ipod and others.

Ipod, I've had mine for 3 years, and nothing's been wrong with it!
Well Ipods are simple and easy to use... no trouble with me when I first got it. Depending on which type of Ipod you want to buy, I'd say for the Video, I have the OLD and I mean OLD version of the Ipod, and I tested out the new ones recently, and man is it awesome! Color, Album shuffling features, games, and many more!

Well I haven't had personal experience with the Zune before but my friend has. She gave me this complaint about it saying how it converted all of her MP3 files into ZUNE FILES. Weird huh? So she told me that she couldn't convert it back to MP3 file and it stayed PERMANTELY the way it is

I had a Zune besides the undeniable fact that it did no longer final long for me. I haaaated it. I went authentic back to my iPod after some days. I bought my Zune on Amazon. i'm so satisfied I even have my iPod. you comprehend the better area? i do no longer choose crappy iTunes to sync it. i exploit WMP with a particular plug in.

pros: style, quality, capability
cons: price, screens kinda small
zune
pros: screen size, rugged exterior, fm radio
cons: software, bulkiness

The ipod is trendier and classier, but I guess I like the zune because....idk, I guess I'm unusual in that way. GO ZUNE!!

iPod Pros: easy to use, style
iPod Cons: average sound quality, price

Zune Pros: screen size
Zune Cons: you don't own the content and lose it when the subscription ends

For now, the iPod wins.

whats a zune? i love my ipod its probably the smartest purchase ive ever made. i listen to it ALL the time! i listen to it before bed and it helps me get to sleep!
