Lots of vitamins and minerals esp Vit C and Zinc, magnesium, copper and calcium. Lots of water. Adequate rest and sleep. Regular exercise. Avoid Stress. Learn to live and let live. Forgive and forget.Stress can cause a lot of destructive buildup of stomach acids. Eat a lot of green and leafy vegetables and fruits. Maintain a healthy weight. Avoid a lot of simple sugars. Laughter and humor is the best medicine.

the big diet thing that can help people get healthier is leave out all soda. you should try and avoid all treats like candy, chips, other such snacks. also about thirty minutes of some sorta cardiovascular. AKA you have an elevated heart rate for the entire time.
