Kegel exercises.. basically if you pee and you can make yourself stop peeing mid-stream, those are the same muscles that control shooting. Practice by doing just that so you get comfortable using those muscles. During a cumshot, squeezing that same muscle (it'll take a while to get the timing just right) will cause longer shots.
As far as bigger, i.e. more quantity, that's usually just a result of a drawn-out sexual session, usually getting yourself "close" then backing off over a period of time.

You have to develop endurance, learn how to breath right and keep jogging, until you can go faster and longer distances. If you really want to you will get to the point where you can run for long periods of time. Remember you need a lot of oxygen so that's why the breathing needs to be good. And practice makes perfect!

Supposedly the potassium in bananas helps with quantity as does waiting a couple of days between target practice! I second the recommendation on kegel exercises.

id advise you look up retrograde ejaculation befor practicing something like the exercises that ktwbc mentiond because its not really plasent when you do something wrong ejaculent has to go somewhere and if ya *** up you wont be to happy about 5 to 7 years from the mistake(or repeated mistake)
