My water supply is filled with a lot of calcium. How can I filter it? Currently, I am on a tight budget and I cannot afford a water filter, is there another way?

The only way I can think of is to distill the water, but that would be expensive, I do not believe it can be filtered out.

There are calcium scale reduction systems available for 5-7 hundred, work similar to a softener system without the salt or any chemicals for that matter. it is considered a 'green' system.
