i need a goood logical explanation to what happened to me one day.

This wht happened---last the temperature was 60 but tday when i got up it was -8...crazy.but,i took my shower and i wore my jacket and i left to school.in school,i started shivering with lil headache n i jus carried on.later, felt really bad, started walkin back home shivering more as i moved further.went home switched on the heater.the whole body shivered couldnt control it.this continued for 40 mins and i jus went into the comforters still shivering for 30 more mins before i fell asleep.
when i got up after 2 hours i was as normal as i was b4.
What happened to me ...? i felt my heart rate was very low...but i cant get to a logical reason.

You had a silght fever...your body was resopnding to a illness...probly the flu

I woke up sunday morning at 4 am with my whole body shivering non stop for 3 1/2 hours. I never get cold due to my hot flashes and had the worse headache I have ever had. any body have an answer? has this happened to you? headache lasted till late Monday night

Your body was hypothermic from just waking up from sleep ( low HR) or because you plainly lack sleep. That's why the subsequent sleep rejuvenated you and your body thermostat (hypothalamus) readjusted to normal.
