I have two small patches (was filled with cement) We finally knocked that all out and got new soil to fill the holes.
The one side I have planted lavender and rosemary. Could anyone tell me what to plant the other side, low maintance please.
Thanks.

How big is the "small " patch?
More herbs would be nice. or flowers. You can put a container or planter in there that stands on stilts, imagine an old style charcoal type barbeque . Stick the legs up to 2 inches deep, then fill that up with soil as well. You can plant on that container plus more plants on the soil in the bottom. The overall effect would be layered.
Create a lovely garden, be creative and plan the color scheme if you will be planting flowers.

Maybe a small evergreen
They are very low maintenance
I like the idea of something being there in the winters.
You could go for an evergreen azalea if you really want some flowers/color.
