my 1994 sunbird, 245K is running 3 of 4 cylinders, has 2 cat converters installed and still fumes blue smoke. crap car!

First off 1/4 million miles and engine misfire on a 14 year old car. "there is your sign" Built to be Pontiac's entry level car many were mis treated not cared for very well. Only designed to give you ten years of serivce. . Sounds like you rode that horse a long way. To bad it's not a 1970's tank you could get scrap metal price for.

That's easy. It's a Chevrolet with 245k on it. What more do you want? It's not really a Pontiac.
Take it to the junkyard and stop whining. Oh, and learn enough about cars to form an opinion about a car. That's your over-the-winter assignment.

Well gosh, maybe all that oil you're burning has something to do with needing cat converters? WTF are you complaining about? Any car with 245K on it is getting towards the end of it's life. My personal opinion is this is not a crappy car, or it would have died long ago...

maybe its the driver that doesnt know how to buy a car..you got a bad engine, replace it
