If you are talking about menstrual cramps. They have several over the counter medications that work well. I use Midol and it works great for me. You can also use plain Tylenol.

I am assuming because you are in the womans health area your talkig like "time of the month "cramps... well Mydol will help so will any like asprin (pain free type thing will) also exersize
will help and anything that keeps your mind off of it will also help. ( i know i have a few mis spelled words I'm sorry I'm not sure how to spell them just ignore it) anyways I hope you feel better, OHH and also a heating pad on your lower stomach will help some too. hope this works, and i hope you feel better.

Hot tea with sage or with out. Exercise, a healthy diet and an active happy life. Unless you have serious cramps then you need to see a doctor.

If it's pms cramps you ask about, I use Premsyn Pms. These pills work the best seeing as to how no others worked for me. Get them at Walgreens. It's the only place I could find them.

a couple of Panadol and a cup of herbal tea. relax it will pass. I get them all the time and take Naprogesic (Naproxen sodium) made by Roche Consumer Helath. Ask at the drugstore/chemist for soemthing equal. These help too

believe it or not what works for me is: cutting the fan on and laying in front of it and keep putting water on my stomach so the cool air keep cooling the water. i think the coldness and coolness of the water and fan make your body so cold that your body start to defend you frpm the cold that it forgets even for a little bit that it's cramping.

bananas, or if you need a fast relief take about 800 mg of ibuprofen and sleep if it still hurts put a heat pad on the area where it hurts.
